Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DealNest Cart, operating under the DealNest brand. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the item has been delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.
When the final day of the return window falls on a weekend or recognized public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next applicable business day.
Returns requested after the applicable return window may not be accepted unless required by law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must:
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Include all original tags, accessories, manuals and components.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
- Include proof of purchase or the applicable order number.
We reserve the right to reject a return or reduce the refund amount when an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered or in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
3. How to Request a Return

Please provide:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The product you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photographs or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address.
Do not return an item to the address shown on the original package or to our business contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Products may be fulfilled through different warehouses or fulfillment partners.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, rejected or returned to the sender.
4. Return Shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return has been completed. DealNest is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, misdirected or damaged while being transported back to the authorized return location.
When a verified item is damaged, defective, materially different from its description or incorrectly shipped by us, we will provide an appropriate remedy and, where applicable, cover reasonable return-shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee applies to eligible returns made because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size or no longer wants the product.
The fee is calculated using the purchase price of the returned item before taxes and shipping charges and may be deducted from the refund.
The restocking fee does not apply to:
- Verified damaged or defective products.
- Products incorrectly shipped by us.
- Orders properly canceled within the cancellation window.
- Returns for which charging the fee would be prohibited by law.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Defective.
- Missing essential components.
- Different from the item ordered.
- Materially different from its product description.
Include clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label and any visible damage.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Do not discard the item or its packaging before receiving instructions from us.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Personalized, customized or made-to-order products.
- Perishable goods.
- Opened personal-care, beauty, cosmetic or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Products that have been used, washed, worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Hazardous materials or products with shipping restrictions.
- Items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.
Contact us before ordering when you are unsure whether a product is returnable.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item, size, color or version is normally to return the eligible original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
For verified defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped products, we may offer a replacement directly.
Replacement availability is not guaranteed and depends on current inventory.
9. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method. The amount may be reduced by:
- The applicable 5% restocking fee.
- Return-shipping costs for which the customer is responsible.
- Any reduction supported by the returned product’s condition.
- Any other amount permitted by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error, the product is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
When an approved refund does not appear within the expected processing period:
- Check the original payment account again.
- Contact your card issuer, bank or payment provider.
- Contact us at support@dealnestcart.store if the payment provider cannot locate the refund.
11. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour after the order is placed and only apply to items that have not entered fulfillment.
Send the request to support@dealnestcart.store and include the order number.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it normally cannot be canceled. The customer may request a return after delivery under this policy.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
12. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under federal, state, provincial, national or local consumer-protection laws.
