Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through DealNest Cart, operating under the DealNest brand.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment authorization and any required fraud or address verification.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability.
  • Fulfillment location.
  • Order volume.
  • Weekends and public holidays.
  • Address verification.
  • Payment verification.
  • Product type.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery periods are displayed on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation or through subsequent order communications.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the store clearly identifies a shipping service as guaranteed.

We maintain a reasonable basis for the delivery estimates displayed to customers. When we cannot ship within a promised period, we will notify the affected customer and provide options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to the delay or canceling the affected order for a refund. FTC rules require online sellers to meet advertised shipping times or provide the customer with an applicable delay notice and cancellation option.

3. Multiple Packages and Fulfillment Locations

DealNest works with different suppliers, warehouses and fulfillment providers.

Products from the same order may:

  • Ship from different locations.
  • Be assigned separate tracking numbers.
  • Arrive on different dates.
  • Be delivered by different carriers.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.

Separate shipments do not create additional product charges, although shipping charges disclosed during checkout will still apply.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs may depend on:

  • Destination.
  • Product weight or dimensions.
  • Shipping method.
  • Fulfillment location.
  • Promotional offers.
  • Number of packages.
  • Applicable carrier charges.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable except when required by law or when a return results from a verified error by DealNest.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number supplied with the order.

Tracking information may require several business days to update after a shipping label is created.

A tracking status showing “label created” does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically received the package.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Before submitting an order, verify:

  • Recipient name.
  • Street address.
  • Apartment, suite or unit number.
  • City.
  • State or province.
  • Postal code.
  • Country.
  • Telephone number.

Address-change requests must be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within the one-hour cancellation window.

We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins.

When a package is returned or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, subject to applicable law.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Carrier congestion.
  • Customs inspections.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Labor disputes.
  • Public holidays.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Incorrect addresses.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Security or fraud checks.
  • Supply-chain disruptions.

We will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment is materially delayed.

A delay outside our control does not eliminate any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

8. Packages Marked Delivered

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Verify the shipping address on the order.
  2. Check entrances, mailboxes and secure delivery areas.
  3. Ask household members, neighbors or building staff.
  4. Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before final placement.
  5. Contact the shipping carrier.
  6. Contact us if the package remains missing.

We will review available tracking and delivery information and assist with any eligible carrier claim.

A replacement or refund is not automatic when carrier records confirm delivery, but we will assess each case reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Lost Packages

A shipment may be treated as lost when the carrier confirms the loss or when tracking has remained inactive beyond a reasonable period.

Contact support@dealnestcart.store with your order number and tracking number.

Depending on the investigation, we may:

  • Send a replacement.
  • Issue a refund.
  • Assist with a carrier claim.
  • Request additional documentation.

10. Damaged Packages

When a product arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the external package.
  • Photograph the shipping label.
  • Photograph the damaged product.
  • Keep all packaging and contents.
  • Contact us promptly.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we provide instructions.

Eligible damaged-item claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Refused and Undeliverable Packages

When a package is refused, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable because of customer-provided information or a failed delivery attempt, we may deduct reasonable return or reshipping costs from the applicable refund, where permitted by law.

The 5% restocking fee may also apply when the return is treated as a change-of-mind return.

12. International Shipping

International shipping may be available only for selected products and destinations.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Local handling charges.
  • Compliance with local import restrictions.

These charges are not controlled by DealNest and may not be included in the checkout total unless expressly stated.

Orders rejected or returned because a customer declines disclosed customs charges may be subject to return costs and the applicable restocking fee.

13. Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to certain locations due to:

  • Carrier restrictions.
  • Product safety requirements.
  • Import restrictions.
  • Hazardous-material rules.
  • Manufacturer limitations.
  • Local laws.

We may cancel and refund an affected item when it cannot legally or practically be shipped to the selected destination.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour after the order is placed and before fulfillment begins.

Once a shipment has been processed or transferred to a carrier, it generally cannot be canceled or redirected.
